The need of vitamin C
Vitamin C has
various important benefits for physical health. First, balancing free radicals
helps fighting cell and tissue harms. Second, it helps the body resist
infection in case of illness. Moreover, it helps the expectant mother and
infant stay healthy for nine months. Furthermore, it helps repairing for
inner-body destruction. Finally, it helps producing collagen for the body
(Hareyan, 2005: 1).
